There’s just so much great stuff going on in Lancaster and around at present. Tonight the Launch of Storey Institute for Creative Industries with the fabulous Jacob Polley reading.
Friday it’s back to the Storey for Spotlight in their new home or down to The Yorkshire House for a night of great music promoted by ‘Blue Peter Badge Winners Get In Free’ which I am assured does exactly what it says.
Those fine folks at Totally Wired want me to remind you that there are just a few tickets left for their presentation of I Am Kloot (solo), Moll Baxter and Niamh Starkey on Monday at The Yorkshire House which should be a good night.
I suspect you’re too late to get a ticket for the legendary Kristin Hersh (and you’ll have to excuse me gloating that I’ve got mine!) next Saturday.
Elsewhere The Brewery Arts Centre in Kendal has some fun looking gigs lined up. I am hoping to get to see Yusa tomorrow. And there’s always lots more around. See you at some of these events? If you get there and want to comment, reviews will of course be welcomed here.
